Boutique Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Boutique Manager to lead our Panerai Boutique at Bellusso , part of an exceptional portfolio that includes Vacheron Constantin , A. Lange & Söhne , IWC , Jaeger-LeCoultre , and Cartier . The ideal candidate brings a passion for high watchmaking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create a refined, elevated experience for our discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed performance goals
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on growth, service, and brand excellence
- Cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships with high-value clients through consistent outreach and personalized service
- Uphold Panerai’s heritage and values through expert storytelling and deep product knowledge
- Oversee boutique operations including inventory management, merchandising, and policy compliance
- Maintain operational efficiency aligned with luxury retail standards and brand aesthetics
- Drive boutique sales performance by setting clear goals, tracking KPIs, and motivating the team
- Actively participate in selling and client development, including collaboration with other brands within the boutique
- Collaborate with regional management to identify opportunities, trends, and growth strategies
- Provide timely reporting on sales, team performance, and boutique operations to the Store Director
- 2–4 years of retail management experience, ideally within the luxury space
- Proven leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient with POS and CRM systems
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
