About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and polished Sales Professional to join our team. This individual will be passionate about fine jewelry, delivering world-class service, and achieving personal and team sales goals. As a trusted advisor to our clientele, you will provide an elevated shopping experience while cultivating lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Service
Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals and maximize revenue.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide personalized service that exceeds customer expectations, ensuring every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product line, including brand history, materials, and design features. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product launches.
Client Development
Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with high-net-worth clientele, understanding their preferences and needs to provide tailored recommendations.
Leverage CRM Tools: Effectively utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, identify sales opportunities, and nurture long-term relationships.
Maintain a Premium Reputation: Strive for excellence in customer service, earning a 5-star rating for your interactions.
Operations
Inventory Management: Contribute to accurate inventory control and loss prevention initiatives.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment that reflects our brand identity and enhances the customer experience.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team efforts, assisting colleagues with tasks as needed.
Repair Services: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
Proven experience in luxury retail sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficient with computers and point of sale systems; comfortable navigating digital tools and CRM platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including evenings weekends and holidays
Ideal candidate must also be passionate about sales, refined, detail-oriented, organized, articulate in writing and phone communications skills, customer service-driven and focused on building long term relationships with clientele, both domestic and international.
